Have you experienced a situation where an ADAS or autonomous-driving system behaved unexpectedly? Share the location and details of the incident with the community. No account needed — an e-mail address is sufficient, and it will never be shown publicly.
Correction & deletion requests
Submitted HotSpots are locked against direct modification. If something is wrong or you want your report removed, request a correction or deletion here. Your request goes to an administrator for review — nothing changes without an approved decision. Enter the e-mail address used when submitting the HotSpot, then select the matching entry.
